How MutualVow works

Less browsing.
More consideration.

One private application starts a human process. Here is what you do, what our team does, and when a decision comes back to you.

Begin your application
  1. 01

    Apply privately

    You share your story.

    Your part

Set aside 15–20 minutes. Tell us about your circumstances, family plans, essential preferences and flexibility, with a biography and 1–3 recent photos.

    Our part

We receive your application privately. There is no public profile, browsing account or open chat.

  2. 02

    Confirm your email

    You know it reached us.

    Your part

Your receipt includes an application reference and a confirmation link. Confirm your email so we know how to reach you.

    Our part

Receipt is not acceptance. Email confirmation proves control of an inbox; it does not verify identity or personal claims.

  3. 03

    Personal consideration

We make room for the details.

    Your part

You can carry on with your life. You do not need to submit again or send repeated requests. Email us if your circumstances change.

    Our part

Our team reviews your information and may ask questions. Some applications may not be accepted or may remain waiting because suitable profiles are unavailable.

  4. 04

    A potential fit

    We look at both sides.

    Your part

We explain the next checks and ask before connecting you with a local introduction partner. Do not upload ID documents through the application form.

    Our part

We consider reciprocal preferences and relevant facts. Local families or introduction partners meet applicants and check identity before a recommendation.

  5. 05

    A mutual introduction

    You choose the next step.

    Your part

You decide whether to proceed and whether family should be involved. You can decline without pressure.

    Our part

Only with permission do we share agreed profile information, photos or contact details. An introduction counts when both people agree to meet or exchange agreed contact details.

The thinking behind a recommendation

Shared intent.
Practical compatibility.

A profile photo cannot tell us whether two lives could work together. We look at the information that makes an introduction worth considering.

A life in the same place

Where each person lives, willingness to relocate and what a future home could look like.

Family and future plans

Children, marriage readiness, family involvement and the responsibilities each person already has.

Essentials and flexibility

Faith and everyday values where relevant, important boundaries, and preferences you are open to discussing.

People make the review. We do not present an AI compatibility score as evidence that a marriage will work.

While your application is with us

You do not need
to keep checking in.

We contact you when we need clarification or have a relevant next step. The 6–12 month aim begins after acceptance, not when you first fill in the form.

If suitable introductions are unavailable, there is no promise of a match. You can withdraw at any time. Unconfirmed applications are removed after 14 days; other applications are retained for up to 365 days from submission unless withdrawn sooner.

Privacy, retention and your choices
Your next chapter starts with you

Make room for
a considered introduction.

One private application gives us the context to consider who may suit your life—and whose life may suit yours.

Begin your application

Before you begin

  • Allow 15–20 minutes in one sitting.
  • Have 1–3 recent photos ready.
  • Think about your essentials and your flexibility.

Your answers are not saved until you submit. No payment details are needed.
