Trust & privacy

Trust needs
more than a badge.

You should know who can see your information, what has actually been checked, and which decisions stay yours.

Know what has—and has not—happened

A clear meaning
for every stage.

Submitting a form never earns an automatic “verified” label. These stages mean different things.

Application received

Your profile and photos have been saved. Acceptance and identity verification have not happened.

Email confirmed

You have shown control of your inbox. This does not verify age, identity or profile facts.

In-person identity check

A local family or introduction partner meets the applicant and checks identity before a recommendation. The scope is recorded and explained.

Introduction agreed

Both people have agreed to the proposed next step and what information may be shared.

Local knowledge. Personal contact.

People who can
meet in person.

Our network includes families and introduction partners across six countries. They support in-person identity checks and considered recommendations.

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Pakistan
  • India
  • Morocco

Availability varies by city. We explain who is involved before connecting you; we do not imply that every location has an available partner or suitable applicant.

What a check cannot promise.

Identity checks do not establish someone’s intentions, safety or compatibility. We do not claim to independently verify every personal statement, criminal record, financial fact or health detail.

You should ask your own questions, meet initially in a public place, and never send money to someone because of an introduction.

What we ask you to protect.

Use current photos and accurate information. Do not send government IDs, financial documents or medical records through the application form.

Keep your confirmation and withdrawal links private. They give access to actions on your application. Tell us if someone misuses your information.
