What you choose to share

Your name, email, age, location, optional phone, life circumstances, relationship preferences, biography and photos. Faith, worldview and additional context are optional. Do not submit identity documents, financial records, medical information or other people’s private details through this form.

Why we collect it

To receive and assess your application, confirm your email, understand reciprocal life preferences and consider suitable marriage introductions. We send a receipt and essential application updates. We do not sell profiles or use them for unrelated advertising.

Your explicit consent

Some optional answers and relationship preferences can reveal sensitive information. We ask for your explicit permission to process the profile privately for this service. You may leave optional questions unanswered and may withdraw your application. Withdrawing stops future matching consideration.

Who can see it

Authorized MutualVow reviewers can access applications for this purpose. With your agreement, a local family or introduction partner in our network may help arrange an in-person identity check. We explain who will receive your information before sharing it. Profiles and photos are not public. We ask for your permission before sharing your identifiable profile, photos or contact details with a potential match. The form itself does not perform an identity or background check.

Storage and providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, protected application storage, private file storage, security checks and transactional email where configured. Data can be processed outside your country. Access is restricted to the service operator and authorized providers. Network and delivery metadata may be processed to prevent abuse and deliver messages. No optional analytics or advertising trackers are included.

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed applications are removed after 14 days. Confirmed applications and their photos are retained for up to 12 months from submission unless you withdraw sooner. Any continued consideration beyond that period requires a new application or renewed permission. Operational backups expire under the provider’s recovery schedule; deletion from an active service does not immediately erase backup copies.

Access, correction and withdrawal

Use the private link supplied after submission to withdraw and delete your active application and photos. For access, corrections or other privacy questions, contact the operator above; we may need to verify that the request is yours. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and may contact your relevant supervisory authority.

Verification and introductions

Confirming email only establishes control of that inbox. Manual review is separate. Before an introduction, we discuss relevant details, consistency and consent with both people. No check can guarantee intentions, compatibility or a relationship outcome.
